House alteration - Titahi Bay

Titahi Bay - Extensive Alterations

Alterations to this existing house included demolishing the existing lounge and kitchen and rebuilding these from scratch. We also created a BBQ area and deck.

As this side of the house is very exposed to the beach, we installed sliding storm screens for shelter.

We were lucky enough to work with award-winning architectural plans on this job. The construction was all in Eucalyptus saligna timber, and matches the modern style of the existing house.
